Returns Policy

Savvy Range strives to provide the best possible service and products to its customers and has put the appropriate measures in place to ensure all its staff and suppliers are fully aware of our returns policy.

A customer’s payment slip is their guarantee. Goods will be refunded or exchanged, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, if the goods were defective, unfit for purpose or failed due to a design or manufacturing flaw. Customers are required to present their original tax invoice or payment slip or other proof of purchase

Kindly note that it is impossible to determine in-store whether goods have been damaged or what the cause of a failure or defect may be. Consequently,  Savvy Range reserves the right to refer returned goods for assessment by the manufacturer prior to repairing, replacing or refunding an item and to provide the customer with feedback within 10 business days of receipt of the returned goods and to act accordingly.

Savvy Range pride herself on quality and the value for money alternative that our product provides for the South African consumer. Nonetheless, if the customer is unhappy, they may bring the product back for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase in the form of payment slip must be produced in order to qualify for a refund. 

As with all warranties, certain conditions and exceptions apply.

Our returns policy will not apply in the following instances:

  • If the product has been damaged by negligence of any sort.
  • If the product has been damaged by misuse or abuse.
  • If there is any sign of tampering with the product.
  • Refund is not applicable to sales items.

Once an item has been accepted for a return and refund is approved, the refund shall be effected in the same process that the payment was made. The customer must be sure the product is in its original package and original condition.

  • Bear in mind that the customer shall be liable for the shipping cost.
  • Note that delivery fees are not refundable. 

 

Incorrect Order or Defective products

If eventually you’ve not received your order or product was damaged on arrival, kindly get in touch with us immediately, this should be done not later than 7 days of receiving your order. We take pleasure in safeguarding you against irritating inconvenience.

 

Procedure 1: Contact

  • Order number. 
  • Contact number.
  • Indicate reason for the return. 
  • Attached the photograph for all instances. 

 

Procedure 2: Collection / Return

Accordingly, you decide what best works for both; we organize a courier to pick up the product or you send it through a courier of your choice or you bring it in person. Though, the shipping cost will be on you in case of courier service. 

 

Procedure 3:  Processing

We shall process the return as soon as it is received. It might take about 3 days for processing in the event of defective product and, it takes immediate dispatch of correct product in the instance of wrong order delivery.

 

Procedure 4:  Refund/Replacement

Once refund has been approved, we shall proceed to make refund via the same medium utilized during purchase. Kindly take note that the duration for the funds to reflect on your account depends on your banking institution.

If you are eligible for a replacement product, a new one will be shipped to you.

In the event of replacement, we shall gladly ship a new product to you. Meanwhile, kindly take note of certain following conditions:

  • In case you opt for exchange/refund, you shall be responsible for the shipping costs, bearing in mind that shipping costs are not refundable and, also the shipping costs shall be subtracted from your refund when you receive it.
  • To avoid missing products, kindly make use of a trackable shipping service.
  • To avoid shipping costs, you may bring the product to us in person.
  • In the event of wrong or damage products from our side, we shall be responsible for the shipping costs. 

 

Delivery

  • Our shipments are handled by Dawn Wing Global Express.
  • Orders are dispatched within 48hours of receipt.

Delivery

In as much as it is our responsibility to make sure you receive your order timeously. Nevertheless, Savvy Range shall not be liable for any delay that arises by the third party courier company. The total cost paid to us by a customer is inclusive of delivery costs. Orders of R1,000 or more will attract free delivery to the buyer.

 

International Sales

VAT

In compliance with the South African Tax Law, our prices are inclusive of VAT(value-added tax).

Law And Jurisdiction

All deals with Savvy Range is regulated and shall be subjected to the Laws of the Republic of South Africa and you consenting to such deals shall be dependent to the non-exclusive of the South African court of law.
